The safest way to move a product catalog into Hyperzod is to start with an original export from the source platform. CSV Pilot currently recognizes five structured source formats: Shopify, DeliverLogic, Yelo, Ordering.co and StoreHippo. It converts the fields that are present, reports important gaps, lets you review the result, and exports a Hyperzod-ready CSV.
This is more than renaming column headers. Product rows may need to be grouped, full variant prices may need to become price differences, modifier rules may need to become option groups, and repeated images or categories may need to be consolidated.

If the file does not match one of these structures, CSV Pilot can still help create or edit a Hyperzod catalog, but do not assume that every source-specific relationship was detected. Check the preview and validation notes before downloading.
What “automatic conversion” means
For a recognized source file, CSV Pilot performs a deterministic conversion instead of asking you to map every column manually:
- It detects the source from its headers.
- It keeps the uploaded file unchanged until you request a conversion.
- It groups repeated source rows into Hyperzod products where the format supports that relationship.
- It converts options, variants and price differences using source-specific rules.
- It validates required values and reports information that could not be carried across safely.
- It shows a product preview before you download the final CSV.
CSV Pilot does not sign in to either platform and does not publish products directly. You remain in control of the export, review and final import.
A five-minute preflight check
Before uploading a large catalog, open the source CSV and check these points:
- Keep the original headers and save a backup copy.
- Confirm that identifiers such as Shopify handles or Ordering.co external IDs are present.
- Check that prices use a consistent decimal format.
- Make sure every option choice has a readable customer-facing name, not only a numeric relationship ID.
- Test a small sample containing one flat product, one product with variants, one inactive product and one product with an image.
After conversion, compare those same records in the CSV Pilot preview. A correct row count alone is not enough: verify the number of products, option groups, base prices, price deltas, SKUs, inventory values and image URLs.
