These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CSV Pilot ("the service"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

CSV Pilot is an AI-powered tool for creating, editing, converting and managing CSV files. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
  • Upload malicious content, including content designed to exploit, damage or disrupt the service or other users.
  • Attempt to probe, scan or test the security of the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful.
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the service's APIs.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you upload and for how you use exported files, including compliance with any platform import rules, licenses or privacy obligations that apply to your data.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service (parsing, conversion, AI processing, export). Uploaded files are not stored permanently, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some content is generated with the assistance of large language models. AI-generated output can contain errors, inaccuracies or invented information. You are responsible for reviewing generated data before using it. Do not treat AI output as authoritative without verification.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including its branding, design, software and documentation, is owned by the operators of CSV Pilot. CSV Pilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify, Hyperzod, DeliverLogic or any other third-party platform mentioned on this site.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSV Pilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for any issue is to stop using the service.

9. Data Processing

Data processing practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using AI features you consent to your prompt and relevant data being transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing.

10. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
