Restaurant merchants moving platforms

You have a DeliverLogic menu export or a Yelo menu template — one row per option member — and need it regrouped into Hyperzod products with option groups. Shopify stores expanding to Hyperzod

Your Shopify export carries variants as option-name/value columns. CSV Pilot rebuilds them as Hyperzod option groups with delta pricing from the cheapest variant, drops fields Hyperzod has no equivalent for (such as barcodes), and flags every gap in the conversion report. Teams starting from a written brief

No spreadsheet yet — just a menu or product list in words. Describe quantities, price ranges, categories and which items need sizes or add-ons, and the workspace drafts the full catalog. Values you did not supply are marked as suggestions in the preview so you can verify them instead of discovering them after import. Operations teams doing bulk edits

A price change across hundreds of rows should not mean hundreds of cell edits. Upload the current CSV and say what should change — “make all products 15% cheaper” — then check the diff in the preview grid. Why catalog imports fail — and how to avoid it

Missing required fields. Hyperzod requires product names, categories and non-negative selling prices on every row. Exports from other platforms often leave these blank or name them differently. CSV Pilot validates every row and lists exactly which ones are incomplete — see validating before import.

Duplicate or missing SKUs. Identifiers must be unique and case-insensitively distinct. Vendor spreadsheets reuse SKUs across variants or leave them empty. The workspace detects collisions and assigns replacements only to the conflicting additions, leaving your existing rows untouched.

Variant pricing confusion. Hyperzod prices options as differences from the base price, not as absolute prices. A “Large +₹100” variant is stored as a 100 delta on top of the cheapest base — get this wrong and every size is overpriced. Conversions compute these deltas automatically; the variants guide explains the model.

Broken images and inventory. Dead image URLs and negative or text-formatted inventory are the most common silent failures. Check image links by opening them, keep inventory as plain numbers, and run the built-in image check before export.

Unreviewed AI suggestions. Any value you did not provide — a description, a category guess, a placeholder price — is a suggestion, not a fact. CSV Pilot flags inferred values in the preview. Read them before exporting; a two-minute review beats a failed import and a rollback.

Is CSV Pilot free?

Which source CSV formats can I convert?

Shopify product exports, DeliverLogic menu exports (RID/MIID/Base Price/Option), Yelo menu templates, Ordering.co Multi Importer files and StoreHippo product exports. Saaztro exports are not supported yet because Saaztro publishes no public export specification.

Do I need to know the Hyperzod column layout?

No. Describe your products in plain English or upload a supported source file; the tool builds names, SKUs, prices, inventory, categories, tags, variants and add-ons in the Hyperzod-compatible columns. The preview and validation results show what to verify.

Will my data be stored or sold?

Files are processed in memory to build your CSV and are never sold. AI-assisted features send the data you provide to third-party AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

What should I check before importing into Hyperzod?

Confirm names, SKUs, categories and prices; check variant price differences and required option-group rules; open image URLs; resolve validation errors; read every warning; and run a small test import before replacing a live catalog.
